2. Service Description

Lean Founder provides AI-powered virtual receptionists, phone assistants, and web chat widgets. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Telephony and SMS Policy

Usage of Phone and SMS features is subject to the following:

Compliance: You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding telemarketing and automated communications (including TCPA and GDPR).
Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service for spamming, harassment, or illegal activities.
Call Charges: Usage is billed based on your subscription plan. Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service suspension.
Auto-Responses: You are responsible for the content of automated SMS responses sent via the "Missed Call Text Back" feature.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate training data for your AI agents.

5. Subscription and Billing

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lean Founder is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including errors made by AI agents.
